Incredible croissant - France level. I would've taken a picture but I ate it too quickly. The quiche and other options are on the pricier side but the quality is there. They have mini desserts and French delicacies for sale like French butter and pate.
The staff is beyond friendly! They put up with me choosing more than I should consume. The cappuccino was phenomenal, very hot, but the perfect temperature when I arrived home. My children loved the selection of the mini pastries. The cute sitting area was begging me to just relax and I cannot wait to dine in. I am a huge fan of croissants and the fact that they grabbed a fresh baked batch for my box instead of the display ones was a sign that the customer comes first. I visited 3 days of the 4 that I was in town and I cannot stop telling my friends about how great it is.
Pascal and Cathy Bakery is an absolute gem! I ordered the croque madame and the tomato spinach feta quiche, and both were simply perfection. The croque madame was rich and comforting with every bite, while the quiche was light yet flavorful, packed with fresh ingredients and baked to golden perfection. You can truly taste the care and quality in everything they serve. A beautiful spot with food that warms the soul—I can’t wait to come back and try more!
This is an excellent place for pastries, desserts, coffee, and light bites. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I pre ordered pastries and asked if they could be served for a friends get together on a Saturday afternoon. The staff went above and beyond and were so sweet. Everything is delightful and the coffee is brewed fresh for each cup. Every time I go, I feel like I am in France. This is a must visit if you’re in the area or want to cater a special event. A charming French bakery located in the Lighthouse and Pompano area. They offer a wide array of delicious sweet treats, and their coffee is absolutely fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. A helpful tip regarding parking: if the front spaces are full, there's a spacious parking lot behind the store with convenient back door access.
I love this bakery all of their breads and croissants are sour dough with quality flour from France! I don’t know anywhere else doing this. It’s so good to know that you’re having good quality gluten from Europe while enjoying baked goods. The service is amazing. I highly recommend.
Pascal and Cathy’s bakery was just magical! Authentic French cuisine everything is made with love and handmade. We shared the quiche Lorraine and a croque-monsieur and an almond croissant after. An absolutely home run, highly recommend. It is a little pricey however that is expected with the level of food they serve.
I don’t even know where to begin because this completely blew me away and I was truly moved to tears, when my order was presented...I was so overwhelmed by the magnificent chocolate violin I thought it was authentic. What Pascal and Kathy created for us was just… incredible. The chocolate violin was absolutely stunning—the color, the size, the shape—every single detail was perfect. You could tell immediately how much care and talent went into it. It honestly felt like a piece of art sitting on the table. And then when we finally cracked it open… that was a whole moment in itself. The chocolate was so rich and smooth—it really became its own highlight of the night. Inside, they tucked the most beautiful little pastries—each one better than the next, including the macarons. It was such a surprise and just so thoughtfully done. Opening it felt like opening something really special—like everything about it had been carefully thought out and executed perfectly. We’ve always loved going to Pascal and Kathy’s for coffee, bread, or lunch, but seeing what they can do with custom pieces like this honestly took it to another level for me. And I have to say—the entire staff was amazing. The attention to every little detail, the care, the follow-through… it was beyond, beyond, beyond. I’m just so grateful.
